Settings is where you manage your own profile and notifications, your workspace (name, members, billing, usage), and developer options. A workspace is the shared space your team works in: it holds your records, automations, connected accounts, credits and members. Where: click the account chip (your name and workspace name) at the bottom of the left sidebar → Settings · https://connie.ai/<workspace-id>/settings
Use the Search… box at the top of the Settings menu (or press Ctrl+K / ⌘K while in Settings) to jump straight to a setting. It also shows your last few picks under Recent.
The account chip menu also has shortcuts: Members, Settings, Analytics, Subscription (opens Billing), Connect my agent, Get help and Logout. Switch workspace at the top of that menu moves you between workspaces or creates a new one (+ Add new workspace).

The Settings tabs at a glance

Account tabs

Profile

Your Profile picture, Full name and Email address, plus Delete account. Changes save automatically. Full details, including changing your email, are in Sign up and sign in.
Delete account isn’t available yet: the final Delete permanently button stays disabled (“Account deletion is not available yet.”). Email support@connie.ai if you need your account removed.

Notifications

Choose, for each kind of event, whether you get it In-app (the bell), by Email, both, or neither. A “Saved” label appears after each change. Payment & subscription issue can’t be turned off. At the bottom, Email reviewers about approval requests is a workspace-wide switch that anyone in the workspace can change. You can also reach this page without a workspace ID at https://connie.ai/settings/notifications. Full guide: Notifications.
The three switches under Personal notifications (Include message preview, Play notification sounds, Send notifications while I am off) are saved, but they don’t currently change which notifications you receive. Use the Activity table to control notifications.

Workspace tabs

General

  • Workspace logo — click to upload (“Recommended size is 256x256px”). Hover an existing logo for Change avatar or Remove avatar. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. It uploads as soon as you pick a file.
  • Workspace name — 1–100 characters. There’s no Save button: it saves when you click away or press Enter (“Workspace name updated”).
  • URL — your workspace address, connie.ai/<workspace-id>. Read-only. See Navigating Connie.
  • Delete workspace — owners only. See Delete a workspace.

Members

Share the invite link, invite people by email, make someone an admin, remove people, and approve join requests. See Members and roles.

Billing

Your credit balance, current plan, plan changes, the free trial, credit top-ups, auto top-up and your saved card. Owners and admins only — members see “Only workspace owners and admins can add credits, change the plan or see billing.” with an Ask an admin button. See Plans and pricing and Manage your subscription.

Logs

The Credit usage log: every credit added or spent in the workspace, with filters and Export CSV. Owners and admins only. See Credits.

Objects

Duplicate rules — how Connie decides two records are the same person, company or other record during CSV imports, lists and CRM imports. See Objects and fields.

Calls

Calendar and Zoom connections, what the meeting notetaker records, consent notice, retention, recap emails and post-call instructions. Non-admins see “You have read-only access. Only workspace admins can change settings.” See Meetings.

AI & memory

The page heading reads Memory.
  • Memory for this workspace — “When off, the assistant stops learning and using memory for everyone in the workspace.” Only owners and admins can change it. Existing memories are kept while it’s off.
  • Memories — what Connie remembers about your preferences in your private chats. Add a memory, search, sort, edit or delete individual memories.
  • Delete all my memories — removes only your own memories, not shared ones or other people’s.
See Memory.

Developer tabs

API keys

The page heading reads API Keys. Click Generate API key to create a key for an app or script. Every member also gets a Personal key automatically. See API keys.

Environment

Store secret values (like another service’s API key) once and use them in tools and workflows. Click Add variable. Values are hidden after you save them. See Environment variables.

Integrations

Opens the Tools page on its MCP view, where you add your own MCP servers. See Custom MCP servers and Connect accounts.

Good to know

  • Settings are per workspace, except Profile and your notification choices, which follow you.
  • Billing and Logs don’t appear in the menu for members. If a member opens a link to them, they see a notice and an Ask an admin button.
  • Some buttons show for everyone even when only owners and admins can use them (renaming the workspace, Invite members, adding environment variables). A member who tries gets an error — see Troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

Why: these tabs are only for workspace owners and admins. Fix: ask an owner or admin, or open the Billing link and click Ask an admin. To find out who your admins are, look at the Role column in Settings → Members.
Why: only owners and admins can change the workspace name and logo, even though the field is editable for everyone. Fix: ask an owner or admin to change it, or to make you an admin.
Why: the Delete workspace card only shows for workspace owners. Admins don’t see it. Fix: ask an owner.
Why: only owners and admins can add, edit or delete environment variables. Members can see the list. Fix: ask an owner or admin.
Why: only workspace admins can change Calls settings (“You have read-only access. Only workspace admins can change settings.”). Fix: ask an admin. You can still disconnect a calendar you connected yourself.
Why: the file is over 2 MB or isn’t PNG, JPEG or WebP (“File too large … Maximum is 2 MB.”). Fix: pick a smaller PNG, JPEG or WebP image.
