Connie charges per workspace, not per seat. Each workspace has one plan and one shared credit balance that every member spends from. Credits are the units Connie uses to pay for work like AI replies, data lookups and workflow steps — see Credits. The plans differ mainly in how many credits you get each month. Where: Settings → Billing · https://connie.ai/<workspace-id>/settings?tab=plans (owners and admins). Public prices: connie.ai/pricing.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on your billing address. On the Billing tab, the Starter and Scale cards each have a credits dropdown (for example “2,500 credits / mo”). Pick the amount of credits you want; the price updates. In dialogs and emails, a plan is named after its credits, for example “Starter — 10,000 credits” or “Scale — 55,000 credits”.

Rollover cap

Unused plan credits roll over from one billing period to the next, up to a cap of 2× your plan’s credit grant. A grant only adds what fits under the cap; the rest of that grant is lost. Credits you already have are never taken away. Credits you buy as top-ups never expire and don’t count toward the cap. The Free plan’s 100 credits don’t refill, so there’s nothing to roll over. More detail: How the rollover cap works.

What each plan includes

Free — “For anyone trying Connie on their own GTM work”
  • 100 credits, once, when the workspace is created. They never refill.
  • Unlimited seats and unlimited connected accounts.
  • Built-in tools and skills.
  • No card needed.
Starter — “For small GTM teams looking to scale their GTM operations”
  • Everything in Free.
  • A monthly credit allowance (2,500, 10,000 or 22,000).
  • Credits roll over (2× cap).
  • Top up credits anytime with credit packs and auto top-up.
  • Every plan can be tried free for 14 days — see Free trial.
Scale — “For larger GTM teams looking to scale their GTM operations”
  • Everything in Starter, with a larger monthly allowance (35,000, 55,000 or 100,000).
  • Dedicated Slack support.
Enterprise — “For enterprise teams needing tailored GTM solutions”
  • Unlimited credits, everything in Scale, and a dedicated account manager.
  • Pricing is custom. Click Contact sales on the Enterprise card, or email support@connie.ai.
Inside Connie, Starter and Scale work the same way — the difference is the number of credits. Every plan has unlimited members.

Monthly vs annual billing

  • Monthly: you’re charged each month and get your monthly credits on the day each payment succeeds.
  • Annual: about 15% cheaper. You pay for the year upfront and get all 12 months of credits at once (for example, Starter — 2,500 credits annual gives 30,000 credits on the day you pay). The rollover cap is 2× that annual grant.
  • To see annual prices, turn on Change to annually (marked Save 15%) above the plan cards. Annual cards show the price per year (for example “$499/yr”).

Buy a plan (from Free)

Only workspace owners and admins can do this.
1

Open Billing

Go to Settings → Billing · https://connie.ai/<workspace-id>/settings?tab=plans. Scroll to Change plan (or click Manage plans).
2

Choose monthly or annual

Leave Change to annually off for monthly billing, or turn it on for annual.
3

Pick your credits

In the Starter or Scale card, choose how many credits you want from the dropdown, then click Upgrade.
4

Pay

A secure checkout page opens in a new tab. Enter your card and billing address. If you have a promotion code, add it on this page. Complete the payment.
5

Come back to Connie

Your plan and credits appear on the Billing tab as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within moments.
If your workspace can still use the free trial, every plan card shows Start 14-day free trial instead of Upgrade: nothing is charged until day 14 (you’ll add a card to start). To pay for the plan right away instead, click or subscribe now – get all [N] credits today under it. See Free trial.
Already on a paid plan? Changing plans happens inside Connie with a confirmation dialog — see Manage your subscription.

Good to know

  • Who can buy or change a plan: workspace owners and admins only. Members see the balance and can click Ask an admin.
  • Payment method: card only (credit or debit).
  • One plan per workspace. If you have several workspaces, each needs its own plan, and credits can’t be moved between workspaces.
  • Promotion codes can be entered only on the checkout page when you buy a plan from Free or buy a credit pack. They can’t be applied to plan changes made inside Connie, or to the free trial.
  • The pricing page at connie.ai/pricing shows the same plans. Its buttons take new visitors to the waitlist; you pick your plan inside Connie once you’re in.
  • Invoices and receipts: there’s no invoice list in the app. Email support@connie.ai for invoices or receipts.

Troubleshooting

Why: only owners and admins can see billing. Fix: ask an owner or admin — click Ask an admin on any credits notice to notify them — or ask to be made an admin.
Why: checkout opens in a new tab, which a popup blocker may stop. Fix: allow popups for connie.ai and click Upgrade again.
Why: the workspace already has a plan, or a checkout was just completed. Fix: refresh the Billing tab. To move to a different plan, use Switch to this plan — see Manage your subscription.
Why: another billing change (maybe by another admin) is still finishing. Fix: wait a few seconds and try again.
Why: the Free plan gives 100 credits once and never refills. Fix: start the free trial or choose a paid plan.
Why: new accounts join a waitlist first. Fix: join the waitlist. Once you’re approved, buy a plan or start the trial from Settings → Billing.
