Before you start
Authentication
These endpoints use your signed-in browser session. How to copy it into Postman or a script.
Errors and limits
The error format, status codes and rate limits.
Three things to know
- They sign in with your browser session, not an API key. Workspace API keys (
sk_…) only work with the MCP server. Sending one here returns401. See Authentication. - Always say which workspace you mean. Pass the workspace parameter each endpoint asks for (usually
workspaceId). If you leave it out, many endpoints silently answer for the first workspace you joined, which looks like empty or wrong data with no error. - These are the app’s own endpoints. They change when the app changes. For automations that must keep running unattended, use the MCP server with OAuth or an API key, or a webhook trigger.
Not here
- Starting a workflow from another system: use a Custom Webhook trigger. Its URL needs no sign-in.
- Letting an AI agent work in Connie: use the MCP server, which reaches more than 1,000 tools.
