You sign up and sign in on the same page. Connie supports three ways in: Google, email and password, and an email magic link (a one-time sign-in link sent to your inbox). New accounts join a short waitlist before they can use Connie. Where: https://connie.ai/login

Create an account

Open the sign-in page

Go to https://connie.ai/login. The page says “Sign in with Google or your work email.”

Choose how to sign up

  • With Google: click Continue with Google and pick your Google account.
  • With email: type your work email in Enter your work email, choose a password (at least 6 characters) in Enter your password, and click Continue with email. If the email isn’t registered yet, Connie creates the account for you.

Confirm your email (if asked)

If a Check your inbox panel opens (“We sent a confirmation link to …”), open the link in that email. The original tab signs you in by itself once you’ve confirmed. You can also click I’ve confirmed — continue, Resend email (available again after 60 seconds), or Use a different email.

Wait for approval

New accounts land on the waitlist. You’ll see “You’ve been added to the waitlist!” and “We’ll email you as soon as you’re in.” When you’re approved you get an email titled “You’re in: welcome to Connie”, and Connie opens automatically (the page re-checks your status every 30 seconds).

Set up your first workspace

After approval, Connie creates your first workspace (called “My Workspace”) and opens a short setup card: workspace name and picture, your goals, and how you want to use Connie. Every step has Skip. See the quickstart.
Skip the waitlist with an email invite. If a teammate already uses Connie, ask them to invite your email address from Settings → Members → Invite members. Accepting an email invite approves your account straight away. The workspace’s shareable invite link does not skip the waitlist. See Members and roles.

Sign in

Go to the sign-in page

Open https://connie.ai or https://connie.ai/login. If you’ve signed in on this browser before, a Last used card shows your previous account. Click it to continue the same way, or click × (Forget this account) to hide it on a shared computer.

Pick a method

  • Google: Continue with Google.
  • Password: enter your email and password, then Continue with email.
  • Magic link: click Use a magic link instead, enter your email, then Send me a magic link. Open the link from the email in the same browser.

Change your name, picture or email

Go to the account chip at the bottom of the left sidebar → Settings → Profile · https://connie.ai/<workspace-id>/settings?tab=profile.
  • Full name saves when you click away or press Enter (“Profile saved”). It updates your name in every workspace.
  • Profile picture: hover it and choose Change avatar or Remove avatar. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB.
  • Email address: click the edit button → Change email address → enter the New email address → Send confirmation. You may need to confirm the change from both your current and your new email address.

Sign out

Click the account chip at the bottom of the left sidebar → Logout → Log out.

Good to know

  • No password reset. Connie has no “forgot password” or “change password” option. If you can’t remember your password, click Use a magic link instead and sign in with a link, or use Continue with Google.
  • Google accounts have no password. If you signed up with Google, always use Continue with Google (or a magic link).
  • Sign-in methods: Google, email + password and magic link only. There is no Microsoft sign-in, SSO/SAML or two-factor setting.
  • Deleting your account isn’t available yet. The Delete account button in Profile ends at a disabled Delete permanently button (“Account deletion is not available yet.”). Email support@connie.ai if you need your account removed.
  • Signing up is free and needs no card. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan with 100 credits.

Troubleshooting

Why: every new account waits for approval. Fix: wait for the “You’re in: welcome to Connie” email, or ask someone who already uses Connie to invite your email from Settings → Members → Invite members. Accepting that invite approves you immediately. You can sign out from the waitlist screen with Sign out.
Why: the password is wrong, or the account was created with Google and has no password. Fix: click Use a magic link instead, or use Continue with Google. There’s no password reset.
Fix: choose a password with 6 or more characters.
Why: you opened the confirmation link on another browser or device. Fix: go back to the tab where you signed up — it continues on its own — or click Sign in to continue.
Why: Connie limits how often it sends sign-in emails. Fix: wait the number of seconds shown, or use Continue with Google.
Fix: wait one minute, then try again.
Fix: click Try again. If it keeps happening, click Sign out and start over and sign in again. Still stuck? Email support@connie.ai.
