# Upload a skill file

> Adds one context file, sent as base64. Accepted: text and code files, Word and Excel (stored as text), PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, PDF, and MP4, WebM or MOV video. A skill can have up to 20 files within a 25,000-token budget. The name can't be `SKILL.md`.
