API for the Tools module — the connectivity layer that manages OAuth
integrations, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and webhooks.

**Important:** "Tools" here refers to the module that *connects* external
services and manages integrations — not to the built-in AI tools (like CRM
operations, web browsing, etc.) that are documented in the AI & Brain
module. Think of this module as the "connectors" layer: it handles OAuth
flows, MCP server connections, and webhook ingestion.
